Akkineni Nagarjuna's Soggade Chinni Nayana is set for a wide release on the Sankranthi day amid heavy expectations. In one of the film's promotional interviews, Nag took part in a live talk show on a popular TV channel. After speaking to the viewers and his fans, Nag spoke with Telangana IT minister KTR.
Both the celebs exchanged warm pleasantries and Nag had a serious request to KTR. Nag appealed to KTR to curb the piracy menace which has been devastating Tollywood since more than a decade. Nag explained to KTR that the entire film industry will be benefitted if pirates are brought before the law.
KTR obliged to Nag's request and vowed to take all the stringent measures needed to end piracy. But it was KTR's revelation of being a great fan of Nagarjuna which surprised everyone. KTR said that he became a Nag fan after watching Shiva. It is well known that Nag also maintains friendly terms with KTR's father and Telangana CM KCR.
