Sukumar is clearly a film maker in Telugu Film Industry who stands out from the crowd. He is receiving high praise from critics. Is it because he chooses risky subjects which appeal to the intelligent creamy layer of the audiences? Sukumar doesn’t agree to the comment that his subjects are risky.
If a film maker thinks that his subjects are risky he can’t go further with the making of the film. Like every film maker, he thinks that his film is going to be a super hit and proceed with shooting. He doesn’t choose risky subjects only for the sake of being called intelligent.
If any technician thinks a subject is risky, he won’t even try to make it and there wouldn’t be any producer to take up a project if they think it’s risky. His scripts might be different but not risky clarified Sukumar. Whatever might be the end result. His recent films ’1-Nenokkadine’ and ‘Naannaku Prematho’ earned him reputation as a different film maker.
