A suicide of Hyderabad Central University Student got a case on Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya. The student, Rohit committed suicide in the University alleging harrassment for being a dalit.
University Students filed a complaint with Gachibowli Police on University Vice Chancellor, the Union Minister, ABVP Leader Sushil and his brother Vishnu. It is alleged that on the request of the ABVP leaders, Dattatreya wrote a letter to the Union HRD Minister to take action on some issue in the University.
Smriti Irani forced the Vice Chancellor to take the action on five dalit students. The suicide of one of that students forced new twist in this case. This issue will trouble BJP a lot ahead of the crucial GHMC elections.
