Maximum Profits To Soggade..!!

Nannaku Prematho, Express Raja and Soggade Chinni Nayana are doing well. But it is Nagarjuna’s film that will end up making greater profits for the simple reason that it was made on a highly controlled budget.

Nag produced the film and acted as the hero thereby saving on remuneration and ancillary costs. He released the movie on his own and wherever applicable on a commission basis which means a percentage of the revenue which absolves him of paying for theatres.
Since the movie had a debut director, he must have been paid a pittance. Not much may have been spent on Lavanya Tripathi and Ramya Krishna.
As for the actual shooting itself, a maximum part including the Mysore scenes and village scenes were shot on sets erected in ‘Annapurna Studios’ along with the computer graphics which were done in-house.
All this ensured that the movie garnered maximum profits for Nag. Others cannot be so lucky.
