Film Actor & Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna paid tributes to his father late NT Rama Rao at the NTR Ghat on Monday, on the eve of the legendary personality's 20th Death Anniversary.
Speaking to media persons, Balakrishna reiterated NTR strived hard for the self respect of Telugus and he was the one who ended the monopoly of Congress in the country. He claimed the kind of respect TDP commands from the public for decades can't be compared with any other political party. Finally, He said Telugu Desam Party was run taking inspiration from the achievement and goals of his father.
Other members of Nandamuri Family including Harikrishna, Kalyanram, Jr NTR, Lokesh and Brahmani have visited NTR Ghat Today.
TDP is organizing Legend Blood Donation camp in over 200 locations across AP and Telangana on NTR's 20th Death Anniversary. It collaborated with Red Cross, Rotary, Lions, Uber and State Government's Blood banks for the noble cause.
