While many in the industry felt that revealing this was a mistake on the part of Nag, it actually helped in increasing the curiosity about the film.
Nag’s gamble payed off as can be evidenced by the response to the movie. This style of revealing the plot and key details is actually common practice with Hollywood filmmakers.
Bollywood has recently embraced this style and now Nag has introduced it in Tollywood too. In fact, he has also revealed that his next film ‘Oopiri’ is inspired from a French film.
So, will other filmmakers take a cue from Nag? Is this trend here to stay?
