Nandamuri Balayya's 99th film under Sriwass direction, Dictator has finished the last formality for the grand theatrical release.Censor cleared the movie with a U/A certificate. The film was made with high budget in Balayya's career.
Meanwhile in a promotional talk Balayya revealed an interesting thing about the film. Balayya speaking about film's grandeur said that the movie has a touch of grandeur and that for one of the scenes he lent personally owned gold-coated playing cards to be used.
In one of the scene Balayya appears playing cards as Dictator and when director asked for rich cards Balayya offered them which he got as gift from someone. When Balayya brought them to the shooting spot the film's unit was thrilled. They were used in a powerful scene featured by Bollywood actress Rati Agnihotri.
