'Celebrities Can Have Amazing Effect On Fans'..!!

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan admits that films and celebrities can impact lives in many ways, but he hopes the influence is more positive than negative.

His comment surfaced during a press conference here on Tuesday when he was asked about the effects that celebrities can have, in the wake of a recent abduction case in which the accused has claimed he was inspired by Shah Rukh Khan's role in the movie "Darr".
"I have never really understood the kind of effects celebrities have on people," Shah Rukh said, as he began to narrate the story of a girl from Germany who wasn't able to walk once upon a time.
He said that she fulfilled her desire of meeting him, and today, she's a married woman and has a child.
"So, celebrities can have an amazing effect on fans. I have 50 to 100 such incidents of positive impact which I don't talk about because these are personal instances. But it is strange how close we get to people... How our work influences them in a bigger way than we can ever think.
"When you become a star, how people react to your every move."
Shah Rukh, in fact, said one of his fans -- a lady perhaps in her mid-50s -- met his at an airport and tied a thread of love on his wrist. And which is why, he feels, that hopefully, celebrities impact people more "positively than negatively" as he believes that films do "touch lives".
The abduction incident involved a hardened criminal, who kidnapped a young woman executive with whom he had fallen in love with over a year ago and desperately wanted to marry.
SRK's film "Darr" was about a man (Shah Rukh) obsessed with a woman (essayed by Juhi Chawla) and stalks her to a point which results in scary outcomes.

They Owe It To The Fairness Cream Ad..!!

Yami Gautam and Pooja Hegde have both acted in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada movies with limited success.

Although their acting and looks came in for appreciation, lack of a big commercial hit has meant that their careers haven’t really taken off down South.
Therefore it is all the more amazing that these two heroines have bagged opportunities opposite none other Hrithik Roshan. How is this possible?
One thing common to both these heroines is that they figure in a fairness cream advertisement that is being screened across the nation. This ad has given them a good identity in Bollywood and resulted in the offers opposite Hrithik according to Bollywood insiders.
Incidentally, Yami is believed to be in a relationship with actor Pulkit Samrat who recently split with his wife, Shwetha Rohira. Shwetha is the ‘rakhi’ sister of Salman Khan and Pulkit’s affair with Yami is believed to be the reason behind the split.

Mahesh Babu Cuts A Staggering 25 Crore Deal..!!

Mahesh Babu decided to co produce all his movies starting from Srimanthudu. He made handsome profits on it and launched Brahmotsavam in collaboration with PVP Cinemas.

Although Mahesh’s name is still included as one of the producers of the film, sources say that Mahesh is not involved in the production anymore.
Mahesh Babu has cut a deal for staggering 25 crore with PVP Cinemas so that he doesn’t need to involve in the business and finances of the film.
Brahmotsavam is making waves as distributors are going berserk in bagging the distribution rights. Brahmotsavam producer made 13 crore from overseas alone. Distributors are offering huge amounts that are equal to the closing shares of Srimanthudu in many areas.
PVP Cinemas is happy to pay 25 crore to Mahesh for the film as they are confident of making huge profits on the movie.
Mahesh couldn’t say no to PVP’s offer as it would also reduce the burden of taking care of the expenses and talking to the buyers and all.
So Mahesh Babu is officially the highest paid actor in Telugu cinema industry by a mile.

Ram Charan Finally Gets Something Right..!!

Ram Charan who has been running through lean phase lately is all set to try his luck with the remake of Thani Oruvan. This film is set to roll from 18th February and is eyeing an August release.

Eyebrows were raised to see Charan opting to do the remake of Thani Oruvan that elevates the villain than the hero.
Charan is very much impressed with Thani Oruvan that he never gave up on it. Some parts of Thani Oruvan were lifted by Sukumar for Nannaku Prematho, but Ram Charan decided to stick with the original script without any changes.
Even fans are not so kicked about Charan’s choice this time. They hope Surender Reddy proves everyone wrong by pulling a miracle.
Meanwhile there is something that sounds exciting about the film. As per the buzz, Dhruva is the title that is under consideration for it. Earlier there were reports that Rakshak is the title for Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan.
The latest title sounds good with lot of positivity around it. Fans on the social media are responding positively to Dhruva title. These are indeed bright signs for the film right before hitting the sets.

Mahesh Babu Efforts went in Vain...!!

At the time of starting 'Brahmotsavam', Mahesh Babu apparently made it clear to Srikanth Addala that the movie should be completed in time for a release towards the end of April.
Judging by the progress of the film’s shoot, it is unlikely that the movie will be able to meet its deadline and Srikanth Addala’s style of filmmaking is said to be the key reason.
Srikanth has this habit of shooting lengthy footages for his movies and most of them are chopped off on the editing table.

In fact, some scenes were shot for his earlier movies ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ and ‘Mukunda’ featuring actors who were nowhere to be seen in the final version on screen.
Also, going in for grandiose sets does hamper schedules. For ‘Seethamma Vakitlo’, a set replicating ‘Bhadrachalam’ temple was constructed whereas for ‘Brahmotsavam’, a Tirumala temple set has been erected.
So, despite the best of efforts, it seems like Mahesh’s caution has been in vain.
